Estimated Delivery

Delivery may take longer than expected due to issues with the delivery address, customs clearance, or other external factors.
For multiple items, your order may arrive in separate shipments if some products require longer preparation times.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is validated, you will receive a confirmation email.
Order processing begins after confirming your payment.
If you want to modify your order, please contact us within 6 hours.

Tracking Your Order

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.

Tracking numbers may take 2–4 business days to appear in the shipping carrier's system.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful:

The package is returned to the nearest post office or carrier location.
You will need to contact the local post office or carrier to arrange pickup or request a re-delivery.

Shipping Recommendations

Use internationally recognized fonts for addresses and contact information.
For business addresses, enter the company name under “Company” and your name under “ATTN:”.

Customs & International Orders

All items are subject to review by the border services agency of the destination country.
Once cleared, the order is handed over to a local shipping company for delivery.
Delivery time depends on product type and distance.
