30-Day Return Policy
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Item Condition
To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging and tags. Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing components will not be eligible. We recommend inspecting your order upon delivery and contacting us immediately if you notice any issues.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact our support team as soon as possible. We will provide guidance on returning the item and cover return shipping costs for quality-related issues.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. Funds are returned to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Exchange Process
To exchange an item for a different color or model, contact our support team for a return authorization. Exchanges are processed within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Any price differences will be refunded or charged as appropriate.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel an order within 6 hours of completing checkout, before the product is purchased from our supplier. After this window, the order will enter processing and cannot be canceled.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, check your bank account first (processing times may vary). Contact your bank if needed. If the issue is still unresolved, contact us at support@tooltra.com.
